  • Develop and drive the KOL strategy in collaboration with companies direction and lead the identification of emerging trends in KOL engagement
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy including: resource planning; pricing messaging; social media
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop a market research program that effectively and efficiently drives a successful launch platform
  • Drive marketing strategies to obtain brand awareness
  • Report competitive intelligence around key competitor KOL activities
  • Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure brand objectives, strategies and tactics translate over to KOL engagement goal and strategies in a compliant fashion

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or related disciplines
  • 4+ experience in marketing or online busiess
  • Direct experience with KOL engagement activities in the gaming industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with colleagues, and excel in a matrix structure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and also work independently on projects. History of timely tactical execution
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
  • Good command in English and Chinese
