The incumbent will be responsible to lead Marketing team for short to long term Marketing plan, product strategy and effective and efficient reinsurance arrangements in achieving sales target and business directions in GI&EB business.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the process to formulate Marketing plan and varieties of effective and innovative marketing activities, including marketing campaigns, agency incentives, and product development to achieve the sales target and promote corporate image
  • Formulate product strategy and develop products to increase competitiveness and market share
  • Support sales by offering training and electronic tools to drive sales activities
  • Manage effective and efficient reinsurance treaty program to meet with business objectives and compliance standards
  • Develop and coach staff to promote and achieve efficiency and excellence
  • Promote and ensure compliance of corporate standard, as well as legislation and regulatory requirement
  • Manage the team to deliver varieties of marketing activities effectively

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Insurance equivalent
  • Professional qualification in insurance industry (ACII of ANZIIF) is preferred
  • Actuarial background and qualification is an advantage
  • 8-10 years relevant experience in product development, marketing activities and agency incentives in insurance, with at least 3-4 years of managerial role
  • Knowledge of general insurance products
  • Business Acumen, Analytic and Communication Skill, as well as Strategic Planning
  • Possesses leadership quality with ability to motivate, exemplify and communicate with subordinate
  • Highly organized self-starter, willingness to excel and the ability to establish standards
  • Able to work under pressure and good at problem solving
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
