Responsibilities

  • Agree with and determined to promote life planning education and project learning;
  • Facilitate the collaboration with different organizations, connect with related parties initiative, in order to enhance the social awareness of the association.
  • Develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies through online channels, including websites, CRM, social media, mobile applications and online advertising. Understand market needs and provide the solution by reviewing and analyzing digital media;
  • Assist in the execution of offline communication channel in marketing activities, such as flyers, banners, pamphlets, leaflets and posters etc.
  • Plan and execute the marketing and promotional campaigns or events on a variety of social media and print media for exchange, local and overseas internship, school life planning events and services, etc.
  • Responsible to brand development and advertising, ensuring brand value is maintained.
  • Responsible to collaborate with internal/external in Fundraising activities, explore, contact and maintain a good relationship with sponsors.
  • In charge of year planning, project planning, resource allocation, budget control, product launches/ promotions, campaigns, event management and customer engagement;

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, PR, Advertising or related field with at least 2 years experience;
  • Good knowledge of digital platforms for marketing purposes, web, SEO & SEM and CRM solutions;
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English, Chinese (Mandarin);
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • A good team-player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
