Requirements

  • Degree/ Higher Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • Being well-organized, logical, detail-oriented, strong analytical mind and numberical skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills
  • Good command in written and spoken of English and Mandarin
  • Travel to China and overseas is a must

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing programs for our products
  • Enhance brand image by implementing effective marketing communication strategic including corporate identity guildline
  • Continuously analyzing and reforecast business and recommend/ implement strategies to ensure sales are maximized and plan is achieved
  • Work closely with branch shops in Hong Kong and China, Merchandising Department to develop quarterly assortment plans and monthly product flow
  • Respond the allocation for all shops and ensure that distributions meet turn goals, support marketing calender and maximize profitability
  • Coordinate with the merchant organization to translate their strategic vision into store specific and prototypical merhandise plans within the assigned business area
  • Manage Team connectively with all cross functional areas to ensure that merchandise & space plans are complete and accurate for all stores, remodels and departmental resets
  • Monitor performance of stores to ensure proper merchandise mix
  • Lead communicator of monthly product sales performance in sales review meeting with senior management
  • Responsible for product level reporting and analysis for sales and inventory
  • Working closely with management to develop and ensure compliance of planning process improvements, standardizations and best practices
  • Arrange product promotion activities
  • Monitor sales and marketing performance in Hong Kong and Mainland China
