European watch brand owner target for young trendy mass market with 3-5 retail shops in Hong Kong as well as online shop and e-commerce business focus in Hong Kong, China and Asian market – is looking for a  MARKETING & RETAIL MANAGER – with details as follows :  
 
  • University graduates
  • Business level English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
  • 5 to 8 years marketing/branding experience inclusive of digital marketing and e-commerce/online shop activities for Hong Kong market
  • Good experience in fashion/fashion watch/fashion jewelry/fashion accessories for Hong Kong mass market 
  • Experience in US/European fashion brands/watch brands/fashion accessories brands is an advantage
  • Experience in brand owners is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour in Hong Kong & Asia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision needed
  • Some experience in managing distributors in Asian countries is a plus, not a must
  • Report to the General Manager of Hong Kong office
  • Job summary : marketing + e-commerce + digital marketing + retail management
  • Main duties : Fully responsible for full marketing duties (inclusive of digital marketing/e-commerce/online shop) of HK and Asian market
  • Minor duties : managing 3-5 retail shops in Hong Kong, including sales/marketing/operations
  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies and action plans for both physical shops and online shop/e-commerce
  • Marketing activities for online shop including generate & update website content
  • Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market.
  • Research and recommend innovative ways to optimize e-commerce performance
  • Develop and execute digital marketing programs, such as websites management, SEO, social media, content marketing and e-marketingcampaign management;
  • Work directly with the management to conceptualize, develop and implement of digital marketing campaigns;
  • Work independently with no direct subordinates (except shop staff)
  • 5 days work, flexihours
  • 13 months salary plus performance bonus  
  • Candidates with more solid managerial level experience will be considered for the post of Senior Marketing & Retail Manager
