JOB SUMMARY

Lead a team to provide channel product & marketing and sales promotion support to Partnership Distribution in a timely manner with quality delivery.  

Job Duties

  1. Discovering and developing new market segments that would be interested in buying from the company;
  2. Planning and executing strategies that would achieve the business target.Providing short- and long-term market forecasts and reports, and managing marketing staffs;
  3. Monitoring and overseeing the use of training programs within a company and constantly looking for and applying new ways to help employees better develop and harness their skills. Implement a sale program to assist the new business representatives business growth;
  4. Preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures;
  5. Maintaining relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.

 

Requirements: 

  1. At least 10 years relevant experience working in PRC. Familiar with working in a PRC environment and accustomed to working with people from Chinese backgrounds.
  2. At least 8 years or above of relevant experience in Finance including financial planning, insurance and banking operations, as well as strong collaboration skills and innovative programming
  3. At least 5 years or above of relevant experience in dealing with high net worth clients or working for financial institutions
  4. Proficient in Mandarin, Hua Zhong provincial speech is advantage
  5. Strong customer and personal service skills, including customer (or employer) needs assessment, evaluation of satisfaction and ensuring quality standards of service.
