  • Handle face-to-face, telephone, internet and other channel inquiries and follow up proactively 
  • Provide quality customer service at all time
  • Manage and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Handle patient registration, appointment booking and billing arrangement
  • Assist medical professionals in consultation, treatment procedures and dispensing
  • Handle patient record filing and update CRM information
  • Provide personalized solutions and suitable recommendations to clients to meet their health needs
  • Work as a team and be committed to achieve business growth and client satisfaction 
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Degree or above in medicine, Chinese medicine or relevant medically-related disciplines, preferably with clinical experience
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service orientated position is desirable.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Diligent, multi-tasking and good time-management is required
  • Good computer skills in MS Excel and Chinese word processing 
  • A good team player and customer-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal skills and patient handling skills
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, result-oriented, proactive and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Travelling to mainland China (Shenzhen)may be required from time to time
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
