Job duties:

  • Establish and maintain effective cooperation relationships with different parties in the industry, including but not limited to professionals, universities, companies, organizations and officials;
  • Plan, organize, execute, facilitate and manage events including tradeshow, exhibition, visit, customer and partner events, and seminars to promote the Centre and its affiliates and increase brand awareness;
  • Collect, review and stay up-to-date with the development of medical development and the industry, and act as the main medical information source to internal and external parties;
  • Ensure all the practices comply with professional standard, local industry codes and regulations;
  • Conduct market research and compose business or research plan for new business development and sponsored research initiatives;
  • Conduct medical training to sales and marketing colleagues when required;
  • Assist in creating marketing materials;
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement business strategies which drive and increase market share, patient demand and professional recommendations for the Centre’s services; and
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as per assigned.


  • Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Biochemistry, Medicine, Biology, Pharmacology or relevant;
  • At least 2 years business development, medical affairs, marketing or sales experience in aforementioned related field, familiar with local Oncology market, with prior client facing experiences in a pharmaceutical company is highly preferred;
  • Strong analyzing and planning capability;
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Diligent, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking;
  • Competent in computer operation and proficient in online marketing;
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill; and
  • Travelling to mainland China or abroad may be required from time to time.
