Our client is global well known healthcare leader with different product line: from consumable, pharmaceutical to devices and. They are seeking a senior managerial role to manage their sales team. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee HK & MACAU market, mainly focus in private clinics
  • Develop action plans, analysis the market share and strategies to achieve sales and operation targets
  • Plan the pre-sale and post-service business growth strategy, take ownership and manage service performance
  • Set up the KPI for individual team members and be responsible for the team performance
  • Overall reporting of the productivity and effectiveness of sales department
  • Identification of new sources of growth. 
  • Work closely and leverage internal teams to achieve action plans
  • Provide product and therapy technical support; train and educate both existing and new clients
  • Increase customer loyalty and engagement by creating value-added service
  • Establish a strong network with market key opinion leaders
  • Hold a good code of conduct 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor holder or above in science, business administration or related
  • Minimum 5 years experience in manage sales team in multinational healthcare organization
  • Familiar with local market
  • Experienced in handle private clinics preferred
  • Business level of both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Able to build and maintain relationship with internal and external parties
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to tackle issues
