Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers
  • Handling inbound calls in professional manner
  • Handling customer’s enquiries, reservation and complaints
  • Organizing and maintaining a smooth daily operation in workplace

 

Requirements

  • Secondary education or above
  • Relevant experience is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
  • Able to work under pressure and fast paced work
  • Able to work on shift
