Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class quality services to the members of Asia Miles.
  • Provide one-stop service including fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
  • Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Effectively identify members’ needs by probing and providing appropriate solutions
  • Feedback member comments for service improvements 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English plus 1 year’s working experiences in customer/member service industry; candidates with higher academic qualifications also welcome to apply
  • Efficient and polite, with clear voice, helpful tone and friendly attitude
  • Customer/member service orientated with good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in one other foreign language an advantage
