Job description

  • Respond to members’ reservation and ticketing request promptly by correspondence method, including emails, faxes and web-forms
  • Handle reservation related enquiries
  • Assist in handling incoming calls during peak traffic hours
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as allocated by Team Leader / Manager

 

Job requirement

  • Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English
  • 1 year’s working experiences in customer/member service industry preferable
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficiency of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in one other foreign language is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of airline industry, products and services would be an advantage

 

Remarks

  • No sales duty
  • 5-day work week (including PH and Weekends)
