Main responsibilities

  • Delivering a high standard of customer service via incoming calls and emails
  • Performing air ticketing reservation, amendment and cancellation upon request
  • Providing accurate membership information and possible solution to problems or complaints
  • Maintaining good and long term relationship with customers

 

Basic qualifications

  • Secondary education or above / possessing diploma or degree is an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin
  • Strong in communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in spoken Japanese or Korean is an advantage
  • Prior part time or full time customer service experience
