Job Description:

  • Achieve the assigned targets of membership sales
  • Build good relationship and provide high quality service to members to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with other functional teams to enhance members satisfaction
  • Work closely with membership team for Club’s promotion programme to create new members recruitment opportunities
  • Handle members and target members enquiries independently
  • Membership database management and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree holder or above, preferably in hotel management or marketing discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position in prestigious club / hotel / hospitality unit at supervisory or management level
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels
  • Professional manner on handling confidential information
  • Proactive and good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
