Responsibilities

  • Delivering quality membership service to existing members
  • Maintaining a good and long term relationship by exceeding customers' expectation
  • Performing ticketing and reservation to members upon request
  • Handling complaints and providing accurate information via inbound calls and emails

Requirements

  • Secondary education or above
  • Prior relevant customer service experience is preferred but not a must
  • Customer oriented and strong in communication skills
  • Good in spoken English and Mandarin is a must
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Candidates with solid experience will be considered for senior positions
