Responsibilities

  • To manage the merchandise to ensure that the right merchandise is in the right location at the right time
  • To chase for order confirmation
  • To prepare reports on the sell through of agreed key items and monitor stock levels
  • To maintain optimum levels of stock in system at all times to support the promotion and events calendar
  • To communicate regularly with warehouse, store operations, logistics and sales planning to ensure merchandise management is smooth and timely
  • To handle store enquirers re merchandise promptly and efficiently to minimize any delay or disruption for the customer
  • To accurately input data into the system in a timely manner for seasonal sales budgets and before merchandise arrives

Requirements 

  • Strong Passion in Lifestyle Goods
  • Higher Diploma/Degree in Design or related discipline
  • 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry 
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proactive, attentive to details and able to follow tight timeline
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Grow Opportunities in Buying Team
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
