THE COMPANY :

  • Trading : garment trims, woven label, printed label and packaging products for garment field

  • We are looking for MERCHANDISER (woven label)  - with details as follows :  
 
THE JOB :
  • Report to Product Development Manager
  • Work in Product Development Team of 5 members
  • Work clsoely with US Product Development team and US Sales Team
  • Perform product development of trims with focus in woven label 
  • Ensure quality of newly developed product regarding color, hand feel, and construction meets internal and external customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Develop trims from artwork to proto.
  • Proactively provide development suggestions / options to the US Product Developer related to pricing and improving design for production quality.
  • Follow up on pricing and delivery with the factory in proto stage.
  • Review and ensure pricing is competitive and correct.
  • Work with Customer Service and/or production when there are any quality issues to provide solutions for improvement.
  • Communicate daily with the US Product Developers and Sales Reps.
  • Over 4 years of product development experience in Trims and/or Packaging
  • Solid experience in woven label product development
  • Working knowledge and experience in developing products and working with partner factories
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
