Responsibilities

  • Manage the Merchandising Administration Team in providing administrative support to the Buying Team in order to facilitate the merchandising and buying activities
  • Responsible for merchandising system development and database management
  • Prepare management reports and analysis for management review to facilitate relevant control & monitoring;
  • Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on material sourcing
  • Assist Merchandising Manager to develop policy & workflow;
  • Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years relevant work experience in administration support in retail industry, in which 2 years in supervisory level or above 
  • With knowledge in ERP and experience in workflow / system development is preferable
  • Initiative, well organized and detail-minded
  • Acute market sense with strong analytical mind
  • Pleasant, positive and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Access
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandising Administration Manager
