Job Duties

  • To follow-up and monitor the whole merchandising flow within the team from development stage to shipment by in-depth technical knowledge in raw materials, garment make-up and so on.
  • Strive to understand customers' requirement and work closely to provide our best professional service
  • To bargain for the best price through negotiation and by detailed analysis on costing
  • To source and evaluate factory from the perspective of product, pricing, quality, reliability, compliance and so on, to meet the interest of customers.
  • To ensure the product quality control
  • To monitor T&A and ensure on-time delivery
  • To maintain harmonious working relationship with customers, suppliers and vendors
  • Travel to overseas for market trip, order follow up, factory visit and so on 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably major in Textile and Clothing
  • At least 8 years working experience in merchandising for USA market
  • Strong product knowledge in children wear
  • Detail-minded, able to work independently and under tight schedule 
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good computer & presentation skills
  • Lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandising Manager
