  • We are looking for MERCHANDISING MANAGER (fan/fan heater) – with details as follows :
  • Report to the General Manager
  • Manage Merchandising Team of Fan & Fan Heater of 2 members (merchandising supervisor + merchandiser)
  • Lead the Team to handle product enquiries, sourcing, product development, order processing, artwork, packaging, factory audit, testing compliance, production control
  • Research, liaise and identify capable factories from product sourcing to price negotiation 
  • Negotiate with suppliers on in-market products to achieve cost savings
  • Research and identify new products
  • Functional deep test on samples received
  • Ensure shipment timeliness
  • Lead the Team to provide professional customer service : direct contact with overseas buyers in order to ensure orders are executed according to customers specification, expectations and deadlines
  • Tertiary education
  • Studies in Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply, IT or equivalent is an advantage
  • Over 10 years solid merchandizing experience plus project management experience from start to delivery
  • Good knowledge of EU / UL standards and regulations concerning product safety and requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in overseas buying office will be a definite advantage
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 17 days
