Job Duties

  • To follow-up and monitor the whole merchandising flow within the team from development stage to shipment by in-depth technical knowledge in raw materials garment make-up;
  • Strive to understand customers' requirement and work closely to provide our best professional service;
  • To bargain for the best price through negotiation and by detailed analysis on costing;
  • To source and evaluate factory from the perspective of product, pricing, quality, reliability, compliance and so on, to meet the interest of customers;
  • To ensure the product quality control;
  • To monitor T&A and ensure on-time delivery;
  • To maintain harmonious working relationship with customers, suppliers and vendors;
  • Travel to overseas for market trip, order follow up and factory visit

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably major in Textile and Clothing;
  • At least 10 years working experience in merchandising for USA market;
  • Strong product knowledge in yarn sourcing;
  • Detail-minded, able to work independently and under tight schedule;
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Good computer & presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to define, plan and implement tasks in a team environment
