Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Head to monitor the operations performed by each sub-teams
  • Lead the teams to complete the tasks according to the goals and work plans set in advance
  • Report the work progress and identify the problems encountered timely to the Team Head, and propose feasible solution
  • Coordinate the operations and arrange the works of each sub-teams, so as to ensure the co-operation, effectiveness and team spirit
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of merchant business and operation in banking industry
  • Strong self-motivation and highly independent with good analytical skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
