Our client, an international financial company, is looking for a receptionist to join their dynamic team, starting onboard immediately

  • Perform all reception duties

  • Handle clients' phone calls and transfer the incoming calls to the relevant person.

  • Handle general enquiries in a professional manner

  • Provide general administrative duties

  • Handle clerical work and data input

  • Ensure sufficient office supplies and relevant equipments


  • Diploma in business, human resource or related discipline

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in human resource or administrative related work

  • Details-oriented, mature and responsible

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
