We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Music Teacher (Part- time) commencing from August 2018 to join a specialist department that provides high quality whole-class music.

• to teach music across all yearbands from Years 1 – 6.
• to work with the Head of the Music Department in implementing teaching within the subject.
• to take a leading role in all musical productions.
• to participate in co-curricular activities especially Orchestra and Band.
• to take responsibility for implementing school policies and practice.
• to plan and assess students’ learning using knowledge of school policies, scope and sequence documents and ESF requirements for the relevant curriculum areas.


Bachelor Degree in Education, or
Bachelor Degree in any subjects with PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate of Education), or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience within a recognised educational organisation
