Job Description:

  • Provide routine checking for server room facilities, system patch, anti-virus definition and system audit log to report and analyze IT infrastructure performance.
  • Support and maintain the IT equipment for system.
  • Provide maintenance and troubleshoot for IT daily operation.
  • Responsible for monitoring, configuration, upgrading, maintenance and Troubleshooting of corporate network equipment.
  • Manage WAN/LAN network, PSTN equipment and security authentication component, including router, firewall, ethernet and phone switch, and network security system.
  • Server room facilities, cabling patching and access management.
  • IT asset management for infrastructure device, record for network equipment configuration.
  • Coordinate with different level network technical support and service provider. Frequent communication among internal and external parties is required.

 

Requirement:

  • High Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
  • 2 years’ or above experience on network support or administration.
  • Knowledge of Network (Wi-Fi, WAN/LAN, MPLS, VPN, layer 2 and 3 configuration) is required.
  • Knowledge of Security (Firewall, IPS/IDS, Endpoint, Encryption, IAM) is advantage.
  • Knowledge of Communications (VoIP, IP PABX) is advantage.
  • Knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Active directory is preferred.
  • Certification of CCNA/CCNP is preferred, vSphere / Hyper V, Fortinet NSE, ITIL v3 foundation is an advantage.
  • Good communication skill in Mandarin and English.
  • Project and vendor coordination skill is preferred.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills, well organized, self-initiative, reliable.
