Job Responsibilities

  • Lead day to day network and voice services operations
  • Monitor core services to ensure pre-defined service levels are met
  • Handle the troubleshooting of technical issues until its full closure
  • Perform vendor governance including service level compliance, contract pricing, delivery progress, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure network and voice infrastructure are all running at the optimum level with sufficient expansion capacities

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing network and voice infrastructure equipment, systems and software required
  • Experience in executing network technology rollouts in multi locations enterprise environment is strongly desired
  • CCNA or above certification is an advantage
  • Knowledge of administrating the network equipment such as LAN/WAN switch, CheckPoint firewall, F5 load balancer, VPN, and router
  • Knowledge of IP telephony (IPT) technologies, enterprise security management
  • Working knowledge in network management and administration, hardware, and software utilized throughout the company
  • Knowledge of voice and data hardware, software and services to include company telecommunications equipment, servers, networking, application systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all level of people
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
