Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of export documents, customer declaration, Tradelink declaration etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of data input, document upload and filing
  • Monitor SOP / KPI to meet our compliance requirement
  • Perform cargo planning and work instruction of our clients including accurate reporting and billing
  • Maintain close communication and coordinate with clients / overseas agents / carriers / warehouse; customer database
  • Follow up overseas routing orders and bookings from clients
  • Provide general administrative support within the department

  

Requirements:

  • Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry, with experience on ocean freight shipping arrangement process (FCL or LCL or Buyer Consolidation)
  • Familiar with Origin Cargo Management / PO Management would be an advantage
  • Good telephone manner, willing to learn and work overtime, fast and accurate typing
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
