Client Details

My client is in a fast-growing and dynamic company focused on insurance services. They are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented office admin to support the team. The office admin will be responsible for providing daily administrative work and to lead the admin team.

Description

The Office Admin will have below responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily general office administration, but not limited to purchase, replenish office supplies and manage facility maintenance
  • To supervise tea lady, receptionists and admin assistant
  • To assist in office renovation/ relocation projects
  • To assist in liaising and coordinating with service providers and suppliers, such as stationery, business card, pest control, carpet cleaning and ventilation cleaning services
  • To keep accurate records of in & out documents
  • To assist in coordinating and organizing company events and staff recreation activities
  • To handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, if required

Profile

The successful candidate will need to have below requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience working in a sizeable company
  • Have experience leading a team
  • Proactive, cheerful, responsible, hard working and has good team spirit
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good communication skills, independent and self motivated.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese and Japanese Word processing
