Listed securities brokerage and investment company for Asian financial market focus corporate, institutional and local investors with 300 staff in Hong Kong office - we looking for ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - with details as follows :
  • Tertiary education
  • Over 3 years' supervisory experience in office administration
  • Experience in sizable companies is highly prefer
  • Experience in banking and financial industry is an advantage
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Mature, self-motivated & well-organized
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Report to the Director
  • Responsible for managing full spectrum of office administration duties for an office of 300 staff
  • Manage full spectrum of office administration functions, including office supplies purchasing, printing, courier and document dispatch services, receptionist duty, renovation and maintenance
  • Formulate, implement and revamp the current administration policies, procedures and guidelines and make improvement on them
  • Maintain central filing and documentation system
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Manage Admin team of 2 X Admin subordinates, 1 X Receptionist + 5 X OA
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 21 days
