Our client is a sizable company which is specialized in full service air and ocean freight forwarding. They are urgently looking for a Temporary Office Administration Staff to join their company for 3 months assignment temporarily. Candidate with excellent performance might have chance to extend contract/convert to permanent staff after contract completion (still subject to business needs).

Responsibilities:

  • Greet incoming guests, screen phone calls and handle in/out courier
  • Assist in setting up access for new joiners/guests
  • Reserve for lunch accommodation and pantry snacks and drinks replenishment
  • Liaise with property management and service providers for office equipment maintenance
  • Responsible for stationeries and office stock ordering
  • Assist in organizing company events such as team activities (birthdays, team building, award recognition etc.)

Requirements:

  • Immediately available/ Can start within short notice A MUST
  • Associate/Degree Holder with minimum 2 years' relevant experience
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, energetic, initiative, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
