Job Duties:

  • Perform general Reception and Administrative duties
  • Handling telephone calls, courier and incoming & outgoing mails arrangements
  • Greet visitors and arrange conference room
  • Arrange meeting room booking and set-up equipment
  • Inventory control and maintenance of office equipment such as stationery control
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Other ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Form 6 or above in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in sizable company
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Chinese Work Processing)
  • Positive working attitude, Pleasant, punctual, mature, detailed minded, responsible and a team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
