Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office administration duties for 2 offices, including office repair and maintenance, office supplies, update telephone list and etc.
  • Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming call, greeting and serving visitors
  • Act as coordinator for different offices
  • Assist in attendance record update
  • Responsible for business travel arrangement
  • Provide support in organizing staff activities
  • Build up and maintain good filing system
  • Maintain a good office environment
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in Office Administration / Human Resources / Secretarial Duties
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • PC knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Chinese typing, Excel and Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
