They are looking for a candidate with strong excel skills and administrative experience to assist a smooth operation of the office

Description

The Office Administrator will have the following responsibilities

  • All rounded office administrative duties

  • Intensive data entry and excel reporting

  • Provide documentary support such as filing, proof reading and preparation

  • Assist in events organisation and travel arrangement

  • Handling office supplies, couriers and vendor management

  • To prepare reports and presentation materials

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties

  • Adhoc assignment requested by the team

Profile

The effective Office Administrator should have the following requirements

  • 1-2 years administrative or related experience are preferred

  • Excel skills to include basic formatting, Vlook up and Pivot tables is a must

  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills, fluent Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Highly organised and self-motivated

  • Willing to learn with a can-do attitude

  • Flexible and adaptable, committed and enthusiastic

  • Candidates who are immediate available is highly preferred

Job Offer
