Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office support and administration duties;
  • Responsible for outdoor assignments such as mailing, document collection and delivery, cheques bank-in, etc;
  • Provide effective office services to internal customers;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above & possess relevant office support experience;
  • Able to work efficiently, organized and handle multi-tasks with minimum supervision;
  • Pleasant personality, friendly, customer and service oriented;
  • Hard working, responsible, self-motivated, positive attitude;
  • Possess computer knowledge.

  • 處理日常辦公室行政及支援工作;
  • 負責外勤工作,如外出送遞郵件及文件、銀行入賬等事宜 ;
  • 為同事提供具效率的辦公室服務;
  • 執行其他被委派的工作。

 

職位要求:

  • 中五程度或以上;具辦公室支援工作相關經驗;
  • 有效率、有條理、能同時處理多項指派的工作;
  • 性格親切友善、有良好服務態度及以客戶為先;
  • 勤力、盡責、主動、積極;
  • 懂電腦操作。
