Pro-Tech Technology (Asia) Ltd (PTT) was established in 2004 which endeavors to deliver secure, effective, stable and cost-effective IT solution and service to our partners and customers in Hong Kong, Macau and South China. We are having sales and service office in these three places, and meanwhile, we are running an operation office in Mainland China.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for both internal and external documents delivery
  • Prepare various reports and documents filing
  • Check and release instructions
  • Perform general office administration duties
  • Prepare for meeting rooms set up
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate with 1 year relevant working experience
  • Willing to perform labour work
  • Basic MS Excel and Word knowledge is a must
  • Fresh graduate with strong passion in the financial sector will also be considered
  • Immediate available is an advantage
