Answering to the CEO and the Head of Office Administration, the assistant will have the following responsibilities: 

  • To provide continuous, high quality support to CEO: Coordinate schedule, appointments and travel arrangements; manage expense account and recovery; prepare business & personal correspondence
  • To oversee human resources matters; MPF; keeping attendance, leave & personal records; pay-roll
  • To provide accounting support: Record and process invoices, receipts, payments and cash flow management. Liaise with bank and accountant/auditors.
  • Day to day office administrative management – vendor management, purchasing of business hardware and service
  • Day to day assistance in preparing contracts, agreement & legal documents; liaison with client; follow-up project status;

Requirements:

  • Working experience on an administration/office management/PA position
  • Positive thinking, patient, flexible and responsible
  • Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability would be an advantage
