Client Details

Our client is a UK based large size retail with the largest market share within the market they specialised in. They had over 2000 branches across the world with almost £3 billion total turnover last year. Their HK office is located at the Kowloon side and is looking for a flexible and proactive candidate to provide administrative support for the office

Description

The Officer Coordinator will have the following responsibilities

  • All rounded office administrative duties
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, inquiries, etc.
  • Provide documentary support such as filing, proof reading and preparation
  • Assist in events organisation and travel arrangement
  • Handling office supplies and couriers
  • To prepare reports and presentation materials
  • Handle varies translation matters
  • Adhoc assignment requested by the team

Profile

The effective Office Coordinator should have the following requirements

  • 1-2 years administrative or related experience are preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills is a MUST, fluent Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Willing to learn with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible and adaptable, committed and enthusiastic
  • Strong team player willing to collaborate with others
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
