Requirements:

  • Degree or above with at least one year work experience is preferable
  • Knowledge in public fund administration is an advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Pass HKSI LE or equivalent is advantage
  • Good command of spoken/written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good command of MS office

Job Description:

  • Coordinate daily operation and administrative support to the team
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in preparation of daily reporting and ensure compliance of the procedures
  • Handle enquires and establish communication between different counterparties, other service providers and stakeholders
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in the establishment of new funds
