Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hotlines and counter services
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer concerns / complaints in compliance 
  • Provide professional service and prompt assistance to distributors, policyholders and potential clients
  • Ensure performance targets (i.e. KPIs) are met and suggest ways to enhance customer services


Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • 2-3 years’ customer services experience in insurance / finance industry
  • Customer service orientated, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel & Chinese input
