Responsibilities

· Provide support in developing and running the Thematic Programme under the Leadership Development Programme by organising workshop series and visits

· Provide administrative and operational support to event planning, pre-event preparation, on-site execution and management, and post-event follow-up work

· Assist in liaising and coordinating with internal departments, speakers, participants and external vendors, and monitoring the work of contractors to ensure smooth running of events

· Assist in the preparation of AoF publication materials (e.g. newsletter, booklet)

· Handle general enquiries from the public

Requirements

· University degree

· At least 2 years of solid experience in event or project coordination

· Good time management, organisational and communication skills

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

· Solid experience in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Need to work outside normal office hours as and when required
