Duties:The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support for the planning and administration of examinations including arrangements for supervision/invigilation at examination centers, requisition and delivery of examination materials, processing examination irregularities, handling enquiries and customer relations, carrying out system UAT according to the defined system requirements, participating in the bi-weekly review meetings on system development and implementing system health check after system enhancement.

 

Requirements:                                          

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline;
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience with substantial supervisory capacity;
  • Working experience in the education sector or customer service is preferable;
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
  • Highly attentive to details to ensure the smooth operation of high-stake examinations;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Access and Chinese word processing;
  • Experience in system UAT and data processing;
  • Knowledge in SQL would be an advantage; and
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

 

Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care.  Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
