Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist our in-house consultants to handle enquiries on general insurance matters
  • Liaise with insurance companies to obtain insurance quotations, risk placement and follow up on policy issuance
  • Offer after-sales services including administrative duties and claims inquiries
  • Monitor premium payment and credit control

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate or above, with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in general insurance industry
  • Pass in IIQE (Paper 1 & 2), holder of ANZIIF is an advantage
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good PC Skills in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer

Salary: 20-30K
