Job Posting Details

The appointee will provide support to the University’s partnerships with universities and enterprises in the Mainland China and globally as well as the University’s participation in strategic alliances. Duties include providing administrative support to activities and projects; managing a database on the university’s partnerships with universities and enterprises; working closely with other teams to support international marketing and publicity, alumni and donor engagements; supporting the daily office administration and performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of work experience in tertiary education. S/He should possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). The successful candidate should be self-motivated, multi-task oriented and a strong team player. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
