Responsibilities: -

  • Mainly focus on recruitment function including but not limited to job adv posting, selection, interview arrangement, reference check, offer making, contract preparing, and recruitment related report and analysis
  • Coordinate recruitment campaign such as job fair, various talent attraction programs & internship program
  • Handle staff life cycle administration from on-board to leaving including new joiner orientation, staff record update, contract renewal, probation completion letter, staff separation affair, reference letter.
  • Maintain and check 1) staff record in HRIS plus staff movement excel; 2) leave record in e-leave system; 3) staff card & record in attendance system
  • Ensure payroll document is accurate and closely communicate with payroll team in efficient way
  • Prepare HR regular monthly report, such as medical plan movement, recruitment channel effectiveness, turnover rate and payroll reports
  • Assist in salary survey, performance management etc
  • Provide all rounded HR administration support
  • HR ad-hoc task and project

 

Requirements: -

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Human Resources support is a must; experience in large-sized conglomerate, all-rounded HR function or recruitment focus is preferred
  • Familiarity with HK Labour Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-leave system & HRIS (experience in using Peoplesoft definitely is an advantage).
  • Good team player with positive thinking, details -minded, strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently & under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks, meet tight work schedule, and well-organized
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
