Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Member Services. 

In this role, you will

  • Perform administrative work, including enrollment, contribution, switching and terminating retirement schemes for MPF and ORSO schemes
  • Handle follow up requests and complaints from members, employers, fund managers, external trustees and authorities
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures
  • Recommend revision to procedures due to system and legislative changes
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency
  • Lead the team by coaching and training junior staff
  • Assist Team Manager to perform other adhoc duties and projects and serve as cross support for other teams within Member Services as needed
  • Achieve Service Level Agreements 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • University degree holder with experience, preferably within areas of pension funds, ORSO and MPF
  • Good people management skills with the ability to lead, coach and supervise junior staff
  • Client focused with good customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Eager to learn and strives for continuous improvement
  • Flexible in a dynamic environment and proactive in driving change
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
