Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and advertising the marketing project.
  • Develop, monitor and implement the advertising projects 
  • Analyse product information, advertising history, needs, etc to provide appropriate marketing assistance.
  • Work with company’s supervisor in developing the strategies for project management and execution.
  • Determine proper online advertising medium 
  • Prepare sample advertisement program for review and approval by management 
  • Develop product promotional plan and advertising techniques
  • Work with marketing team to develop advertising strategies.
  • Coordinate internal departments to execute the advertising projects.
  • Manage and execute advertising projects within approved budget and timelines.
  • Evaluate advertising projects for marketing and sales effectiveness.
  • Report online ad performance regularly, and provide detailed insights for optimisation


Requirements

  • Proven experience in online advertising (e.g. social media, adwords, online banners)
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (GA, CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
