  • To achieve monthly sales target through inbound and outbound sales activities via online and offline channels
  • Manage the whole sales cycle via online and offline channels from lead-inception, documentation follow-up with customers and internal departments until orders completion
  • Responsible for handling customers' enquiries and requests in timely and professional manner

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • 2-3 years customer services or sales experience
  • Good PC knowledge, proficient in MS Office applications and both Chinese and English word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
