Duty:

  • Provide the Deskside Facilities Services and the Call Dispatch Services to JCHQ and Related Offices at the request of Service Desk.
  • Provide front-line implementation and support to enterprise desktop users, including, but not limited to, troubleshooting of issues and installation of hardware and software
  • Install users' OA application and hardware as assigned by the Customer according to service levels
  • Provide support for other office equipment, including setup and support of projectors
  • Support IT projects and initiatives, and roll out of new or enhanced desktop facilities
  • Coordinate with Service Desk for trouble-shooting the Hardware Issue and pass on the cases to product vendors for follow-up action and repair when needed.

Requirement:

  • Diploma graduate or above, study in computer science or information technology, prefer have experience in software engineer
  • At least 1 year IT working experience
  • Working experience in software support is an advance
  • Communicate effectively in English & Cantonese
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and Cantonese.
  • Good communication skill and telephone manner
  • Service oriented, customer service minded
  • Good knowledge of IT and desktop applications
