Responsibilities:

  • Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting problems
  • Provide helpdesk or on-site support
  • Keep track the case status and make escalation to vendor/related parties whenever applicable
  • Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on problem situations
  • Initiate the appropriate corrective actions using established procedure as emergency needs arise
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server and PC environment
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN would be advantageous
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
