Responsibilities:

  • To maintain software applications and operating systems and to conduct regular maintenance thereof
  • To manage assigned projects and program components so as to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
  • To complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows/Linux environment
  • To exercise due care, skill and diligence in provision of the Services
  • Not to damage or misappropriate any property of the Customer and its Affiliates (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions)
  • To comply with the confidentiality obligations
  • To comply with and follow the reasonable work instructions given by the Customer and the Customer’s internal rules and regulations

 

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of IT working experience of system installation, configuration and supporting of large scale network/servers infrastructure
  • Familiar with TCP/IP and Active Directory environment, Microsoft Exchange, SQL database administration, Voice system, IP phone system, Apache and Tomcat, Cisco switch management
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to handle multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • A good team player
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both verbal and written Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin an added advantage
  • HK Permanent resident is required
